Categories: our work,SPOT

On Wednesday morning of 15 November, another mini talk was carried out at Sekolah Kebangsaan Tok Muda, Kapar, Klang. The school was contacted through MCII and the talk was given to 105 girls. The teacher in charge was Puan Husni while SPOT members consisted of SPOT project lead Aishah, SIPJ President Sheela Chandran and volunteers Bull, Shameery and Jeannie Yap.

The girls were very enthusiastic and responded well throughout the program.
From the feedback of participation, the girls learnt most about boundaries through the good touch bad touch exercise, about STIs and porn, and puberty related issues. They are more aware of how important confidence is for teenagers and how they can choose to live more healthily in order to have a brighter future.

The girls were attentive and very helpful towards each other, adhering to the SPOT rules listed to enable the completion of a successful session.
